The best outcome can be achieved if you send us your old servo so we can read the program and upload it to the new actuator.
Servo programming contains opening sector angle that is formed by start and end angle. The values vary by turbocharger due to manufacturing tolerances.
OM642 can withstand small errors in angles, but sometimes universal programming can cause collision. It that case, you can modify the servo bracket by increasing the hole sizes and turning the servo by hand or you can snug the bolts and let the initial movement test (when ACC power is switched on) move the servo for you.
